You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

FitnessIQ offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annual) via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown in AUD (Australia) and BRL (Brazil).

Use FitnessIQ only for lawful, personal fitness purposes. Do not misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the service.

FitnessIQ provides general fitness and nutrition guidance and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program. You exercise at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, FitnessIQ is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable Brazilian consumer law.

We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without limiting mandatory local consumer protections in your market.
